Our Background

Based in the New Forest Charlie Sutton the owner of Sutton Building and Design started out landscaping after completing a diploma in property agency and surveying. He soon realised he wanted to get into construction and enjoyed the creative process and being more hands on.

After completing various kitchens and bathroom installations for clients he progressed into constructing extensions and then on to more major developments including conversions of commercial buildings into residential and then finally on to completely new build homes.

Over the years he has collected a highly skilled, professional and trustworthy local team, who share in the Sutton Building & Design Ethos of ensuring the highest satisfaction amongst our clients.
